Third Millennium Network (3Mil) information and materials may not be used to state or imply the endorsement by 3Mil or by any person associated with 3Mil of a commercial product, service or activity, or used in any other manner that may mislead.
3Mil should be acknowledged as the source of any material that is used or referenced for use.
It is unlawful to falsely claim copyright or other rights to any information, material or sources that are under copyright or supplied as part of the information contained within this site.
3Mil shall in no way be liable for any costs, expenses, claims or demands arising out of use of 3Mil's products, services or sources of information by a recipient or a recipient's distributees.
3Mil personnel are not authorized to sign indemnity or hold harmless statements, releases from copyright infringement, or documents granting exclusive use rights.
Digital images held within the 3Mil site may or may not be protected by copyright. If copyrighted, permission should be obtained from the copyright owner prior to use. If not copyrighted, images may be reproduced and distributed without further permission from 3Mil if for the strict benefit of the 3Mil. If a recognizable person appears in an image, use for commercial purposes may infringe a right of privacy or publicity and permission should be obtained from the recognizable person.
Video and Motion Picture recordings may not be reproduced and distributed, without further permission from 3Mil. Copyrighted music or footage, which is incorporated in a production, may not be used unless permission is obtained from the copyright owner. While in most instances using non-copyrighted segments is permitted, use for commercial purposes of a portion or segment containing talent or a recognizable person may infringe a right of publicity and permission should be obtained from the talent or recognizable person.
